McDonald's in Huckelhoven

It got better. Not that long ago, almost every order was incomplete. Basically parts of the orders were missing, be it sauces, whole burgers, burger goods partly incomplete (meat missing, bun top part missing ...) In the last few months, however, the errors have become significantly fewer. Still, I have to say, I haven't seen anything like this at any other McDonald's

Fast and good order processing and the most important thing at the moment is a toilet that can and may be used👍

Nuggets were apparently either fried in the old fat or the nuggets had been there for a while. My son vomited it again shortly after eating it! In addition, the order was incorrect. When I order a cheeseburger, I don't want a double cheeseburger !!

Preferably 0 stars. At 01:00 no more food was sold. Instead it was said on arrival "Please wait a moment" And 10 minutes later at the drive-in "We're closed now." Absolute cheek.

No breakfast offer, as in other branches. Three different muffins, nothing else. So it's not worth going in the morning at all.

Only a coupon with an order not even ice cream was possible for that we would have to drive an extra lap.

Yes, I like McDonalds Hückelhoven very, very much because I'm from Hückelhoven and most of the employees know me or my family relatives and of course I get particularly good service there from friends of my family, so to speak, a visit to friends in my hometown as MC Donalds Hückelhoven said very good top therefore 5 stars and if you had 6 possible stars to be awarded then I would of course also give 6 stars to Mc Donalds Hückelhoven 😉✌️

Incompetent, disrespectful employees who do not manage to be polite with customers. It is always the same woman who thinks she can stand above the customer. Weak staff.

Classic branch, relatively friendly staff, but the current measures are not being given special attention due to Co-Vid-19 - at least it does not make the impression of wearing mouth and nose protection under the chin. Very good offer, everything is possible; New ordering stations have been making ordering easier for about a year, and a small waiting area for orders in front of the checkout has been set up. The burgers are served classically, totally mixed up, quality okay ... Outside there is a small play area for smaller children. The cleanliness is mostly okay here, sometimes there are a bit dirty corners. The main problem for people who pick something up by car and * do not * want to drive through the drive-in counter, however, is the fact that when the car is busy, you can no longer drive from the parking lot because the drive will be -In and the exit share a driveway. Means: As soon as the drive-in is full, there is a backlog across the entire parking lot, which makes it impossible to escape.

These are the best apple turnovers I've ever eaten in my life and will also be able to get new ones

Offer is okay, friendly and accommodating. But the employees could smile more and not look too seriously. CLEANLINESS good, but if nothing was to be done, the storage trolley could have been emptied long ago. Therefore only 4 stars.
